ANGIE KOUROUPAKI

PERSONAL TRAINER & SPORTS NUTRITIONIST

As a certified exercise & sports professional, I am able to combine theory and practice optimally.  I have a background that includes an academic degree in Sports Science and an MSc degree in Sports Nutrition. Moreover, my professional background includes two internationally recognised professional credentials through Europe Active (EREPS). I came in the UK in 2016 to develop my knowledge and experience in fitness & sports, to encourage clients, to improve their sports performance, to take care their bodies/souls and consequently to improve their lives. Furthermore, my personal sessions are designed according to scientific methods aiming to build my clients’ fitness & health development combined with powerful motivation. My extensive experience as Group Instructor, Personal Trainer and being a Sports Nutritionist helped me to develop my communication skills with clients and also improve my professional abilities. I deliver Personal Training sessions, Group sessions and nutritional plans since 2013. I also have experience working with the adult sedentary, active and athletic population on different sports. I adopt an educational character for my clients by delivering free seminars about concepts of nutrition & ergo-physiology. Furthermore, my clients give me excellent feedback for my sessions/nutritional plans, and this is shown on their anthropometric and performance data results. As a hard-working person and an enthusiastic professional with a passion for Fitness & Sports, I firmly believe that working with people is the perfect opportunity to apply my competencies along with my personal qualities and also to gain further professional experience.
