As Personal Trainer and Exercise Nutritionist my Passion is “You”. I want to see you fitter, healthier and stronger with more confidence. I invest all my passion and knowledge to improve the 5 general components of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition (transformation). My personal sessions are designed according to Scientific Methods aiming to build your ‘’Target’’ and to focus on hormonal responses that are really important for your Personal Fitness & Health Development.
My master degree (2017-2019) is based on Exercise & Sports Nutrition, and I strongly believe that a healthy eating routine is more crucial to meeting your fitness goals than exercise alone. We’re all unique as our training program is unique, and no single diet works for everyone. My Nutrition Plans are not about making dramatic changes to your current routine or depriving yourself of the foods you love, but they are about making small, manageable changes that fit your current lifestyle, and learning for yourself, what works for you and what doesn't.

Give 100% effort throughout your training experience and maintain a positive approach at all times. Achieving a goal isn’t easy, but if you embrace it wholeheartedly you will have an enjoyable, energising, and wholly rewarding experience.
These are the things that Angie expects of you.
On the first session, Angie will offer you a 30-minute free consultation in which you will talk about your goals and your lifestyle. She will also assess your body composition, muscle fibres type and fitness level to understand your metabolism and set up a baseline point.
Afterwards, Angie will give you to fill in a food diary. You must keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed during 3-days and to answer some questions about your eating habits. With this way, Angie will understand your food likes and dislikes and where you are lacking in nutrition-wise.
On the basis of the data gathered by our initial consultations Angie constructs a unique training plan just for you, based on your metabolism and goals. After that, it is in your hands to work hard, follow the plan with no excuses to achieve your goals.

The good nutritional practice is the key to a successful training regime. A balanced diet is fundamental to supply your body with the right fuels at the right time to perform, and maintain a healthy, fully functioning body!
Angie offers in-depth nutrition counselling to advise upon the uses, benefits, effects, and timings of consumption of the different macronutrients, micronutrients and minerals, and how together you can incorporate the correct dietary fuel to make you look and feel better, stronger and healthier than ever!
